Had a great time with friends exploring Nashville. The Country Music Hall of Fame was a fantastic start to our day after an epic night out. We also enjoyed hiking nearby. The hotel was good for us, clean rooms, and a solid price. Staff was friendly, which made everything easier.
We had a bit of a hiccup with room availability online, but luckily the manager stepped in to help us extend our stay. It took some effort, but they sorted it out in the end.

Family with children are welcome
We only stopped to sleep for the evening and we were able to have our chihuahua with us. Lobby and our room looked recently redecorated.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

would love to return
The queen studio was comfortable with nice air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Kitchenette had a refrigerator and microwave, perfect for snacks. There's a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. The breakfast was decent, and the location was super convenient to shops and restaurants.

missingWrote a review on Aug 13clean locationcomfortable bedsfilthy roomlingering smoke odorsafety concerns
The stay was marked by significant issues. A room that was supposed to be smoke-free had a lingering odor, and cleaning was clearly neglected, with dirt on surfaces and stained carpets. Additionally, concerns about safety arose with a needle left in the bathroom. Despite the location being handy for travel, the level of cleanliness and maintenance was disappointing, leading to a necessary search for alternative accommodations.

Great for a Family Stay with Room for Improvement
We stayed for one night and found the location conveniently close to local attractions. The kitchen facility in our room was handy for preparing breakfast, but the overall cleanliness could use some attention. Consider checking in early to potentially avoid room mix-ups.

The stay was pleasant overall, especially loved chilling by the pool and using the cozy kitchen in our room to whip up some snacks. It was great to have a nice space for the kids to relax after our outings. Only downside was the lack of elevator access for our third-floor room, but it didn't ruin our trip. 😊

Rooms seemed decent initially, but the cleanliness was lacking, evident with leftover trash and a musty odor. Staff friendliness varied, and I often felt neglected while waiting for assistance. It’s located near attractions, which was a plus, but overall not a stay I'd recommend.

The stay was for a quick family getaway and turned out to be surprisingly enjoyable despite some issues. The room was clean, and we found the beds really comfortable, which helped us relax after a long drive. The location was quiet and peaceful, making it a nice area to unwind, even if it wasn't super close to dining options. We appreciated having a kitchenette setup, though it could have used a few more utensils.

The location made it easy to access nearby attractions. The fridge worked well, perfect for keeping our leftovers fresh. The front desk staff were really friendly and professional, made check-in a breeze. However, the kitchenette lacked essential utensils. I had to go to the front desk to ask for pots and pans. The room could've used a deeper clean, I found some hair in the bathroom. Some of the furniture felt old and worn, could use an update. Noisy neighbors and thin walls made it hard to sleep well. I didn't expect luxury, but a few more amenities would have made the stay much more comfortable.

It was just a decent option for a short weekend trip in Brentwood with decent value for money. The fridge had rust on the door, which was unexpected. Make sure to bring your own trash bags since they won't supply them for free.
